Sarah Smith -Realtor

Born and raised in the historic Oley Valley in Berks County, I decided to go west and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University.

Prior to entering real estate, I was an assistant manager for Muhlenberg Township. This experience helped me understand local government and how to navigate within its complexities. Later I was employed by the Girl Scout Council of Central New York as a Supervisor and I have been an International Sales Manager for a textile manufacturing company. I was responsible for securing business opportunities and negotiating contracts within the North American marketplace.

I recently coordinated the design and construction of an extensive renovation on my 220-year-old colonial Valley Forge farmhouse where I have resided for over 18 years.   Some of my other design experience includes working with investors in the design and renovations for the resale of investment properties. This experience opened up opportunities to design and direct several large kitchen renovations.

Outside of real estate, I play competitive volleyball; enjoy running the Valley Forge Park loop and volunteering at my children’s schools and church.  

 I offer residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties as well as consulting for investing purposes.
